How to Book this Course:
Choose a Public class on our boat, or a Private class on your boat.
Public on-water training on our boat requires a minimum of 3 participants. SaferBoater will arrange an alternative schedule if that minimum has not been met.
Private on-water training takes place on your personal boat for up to 4 participants (12yrs & over). One participant will be registered for the entire group.
Skill Builder - Planing
Handling your boat on plane is a skill you must have as a safer boater, and if are not sure what planning is, don’t think you can recognize plowing mode, or don’t know how to trim your engine, then this is the course for you.
On the Water Session
Handling a Boat on Plane
You will learn both simple and advanced planning techniques to come up to plane, handling waves & wakes and several other maneuvering techniques that will keep your family safe and your boat undamaged.
