Lisa Collins, Operations Manager

My name is Lisa Collins and I currently serve as the Operations Manager at SaferBoater.

I am a seasoned professional with 15 years of Small Business expertise, specializing in efficient processes and resource management. My previous roles include General Manager at PST, Inc. and Training Concepts, where I gained insight into the always-evolving world of IT training, and Operations Manager for Dale Carnegie Training franchises, where I learned to foster intentional teamwork and effective management.

My professional experiences taught me that the strength and growth of an organization revolve around hard work, dependability, and consistency, and I am dedicated to our organizational success!

Proudly part of a military family, my commitment to water safety stems from my husband's 20+ years in the U.S. Coast Guard. With my father, husband, and children serving in all different military branches, I am passionate about our Veterans and Active Duty personnel.

I was honored to be selected to serve as the Honorary Commander for the 437th Operations Support Squadron at Joint Base Charleston. During my tenure there, I had the honor of meeting and working alongside numerous leaders on the Base and within the community. I am excited to bring the skills gleaned from those experiences to support teammates and clients at SaferBoater!

In my free time, I love to play golf with my husband, Chris. We also love to travel and visit with our children, three in the military and one in college, and grandchildren as often as possible
