How to Book this Course:
Choose a Public class on our boat, or a Private class on your boat.
Public on-water training on our boat requires a minimum of 3 participants. SaferBoater will arrange an alternative schedule if that minimum has not been met.
Private on-water training takes place on your personal boat for up to 4 participants (12yrs & over). One participant will be registered for the entire group.
Skill Builder - Docking & Departure
Departing and returning to a dock or boat slip are two of the most crucial skills you must develop early on if you wish to enjoy boating.
In this private course, a captain will train you and up to three additional people on your personal boat.
On the Water Session
Docking & Departure
You will learn both simple and advanced docking, departure and close quarter maneuvering techniques that will keep your family safe and your boat undamaged.
