Terms of Service

Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival may receive a full refund, less a 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will forfeit 50% of the excursion and receive a coupon for 25% if they rebook within 12 months.
Cancellations made less than seven days from arrival will forfeit 100% of the deposit (total amount). 
Rather than canceling, we recommend that you choose another day instead.

Terms & Conditions : 
We offer classes that include a variety of boating lessons offerings. All arrangements made by SaferBoater, LLC for you (the “participant”) with an instructor (our “suppliers”) are subject to the following terms and conditions. Most importantly, if you book a class through Saferboater, LLC, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. 

Weather : 
In the case of inclement weather, where safety is a concern, the captain reserves the right to cancel the excursion. 

No-Shows: 
Once a voucher is redeemed, that voucher is deemed “Exhausted.” You may request an alternative date with a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival. However, simply not showing will render your voucher forfeited.

Risks and losses: 
There are inherent risks in boating activities. In consideration of SaferBoater, LLC furnishing services that allow participants to join a boating package, participants understand and agree that boating packages and travel have these inherent dangers and risks. Participation in travel and boating packages may result in injury or illness; these dangers and risks may result from negligence by participants, our suppliers, or other third parties, or simply mysterious forces at work. In other words, participants assume all risks, dangers, and responsibility for any losses or damages by joining one of our packages. Participants, and their representatives and heirs, agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Saferboater, LLC and its agents, officers, and employees from all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, wrongful death, property damage, loss of services, or other claims that may arise because of participation in classes booked by Saferboater, LLC.
